2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Product Condition is Key: Due to the personal nature of fragrances and for reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we can only accept returns or exchanges for perfumes that are unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging (including any cellophane or protective seals).

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number, original receipt, or confirmation email) is required for all returns or exchanges.
